Pineapple Structures provide structural design services for both new and existing buildings as well as refurbishment projects. We take on all types of jobs from small domestic work to larger commercial projects, and cover construction values ranging from a few hundred pounds for a hole in a wall, up to circa £2-3 million. Typical services include structural design, drawings and calculations for a large range of buildings, structural survey reports and subsidence investigations. We organise ground investigations and provide structural designs for Building Control Approval, for pricing and for construction information. We work with architects, commercial property owners, estate agents, property maintenance companies, builders, developers and homeowners. Our goal every time is to meet and exceed the expectations of the client, and to carry out all work to the highest standards at competitive prices.
