RCA  is an employee owned consulting engineering practice with offices in Carmarthen, Haverfordwest and Baglan. We offer a full range of civil and structural engineering services and have been employed on projects up to £14 million. Structural design and detailing is undertaken in all the main structural materials and projects vary from bespoke properties, timber framed structures, new build schools and eisure centres to specialist buildings for the food and dairy sector. Civil engineering design is undertaken for all aspects of highways and drainage solutions, including road and drainage adoptions, drainage diversions and water course consents. We are proficient in the design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) in Wales to secure SAB Approval. We are frequently appointed as consulting engineers from concept and constraints planning stage through to handover.  We aim to be compliant with sustainable practice and seek good environmental solutions.
