Grayfriars Limited is a small company with an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer providing professional consultancy services in and around Staffordshire. We specialise in small construction projects involving new builds, extensions and alterations for homeowners, architects and building companies. On over 50 projects, we have prepared structural drawings, specifications and calculations, suitable for Building Regulations applications, tendering and construction purposes. We often acquire work through recommendation and from returning clients. Our working practices meet the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. We also carry out structural inspections of domestic properties or of specific defects, and prepare reports presenting our findings, opinions and recommendations. All work is undertaken by a structural engineer who has 25 years experience, full membership of The Institution of Structural Engineers and is registered with the Engineering Council.
