The company is run by a chartered Structural Engineer and all work is fully covered by Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance. Our range of services include, the remodelling and conversion of existing structures and the structural design of new build and extensions, including housing, education and commercial properties. We also have experience in the assessment and repair historic and conservation projects. With extensive knowledge and experience of London’s stock of housing properties, we specialise in the investigation and diagnosis of building failure, particularly in relation to the building envelope involving concrete and masonry. Our services includes the preparation of structural feasibility and option appraisal reports. We can also assist with Planning and Building Control applications, Insurance Claims and Project Management, including the inspection of work during construction, to ensure compliance with design intentions. We are used to working within a Multi-disciplinary environment as well as acting in the single role of Project Lead.
