As Chartered Structural Engineers with over 30 years of experience, we work with people designing and altering buildings to ensure that appropriate structure, stability, calculations and details are specified for building regulations, to help the contractor on site and economically make buildings safe. We carry out structural surveys, inspections and appraisals of properties for buyers or sellers. Observations and reports can be undertaken for the whole property, or a part of it where there are tell-tale signs of issues or movement. We also act as Party Wall Surveyors and carry out Structural Surveys, inspections & investigations for mortgages, and insurers and insurance companies.
